[3] Mystical Cave (秘境洞府) – lit. translation. Can also be “Mystical Realm”, it is a common place in these Wuxia/Xianxia novels where it is ‘hidden’ and usually filled with dangers and traps, but has great/unknown treasures one can find.
[4] Inheritance Cave (传承洞府) – lit. translation. A simple explanation: these are caves that usually have treasures left behind by someone powerful that died, these caves are usually filled with traps as well and those who can overcome it “inherits” the treasures.

The common meaning is “heaven and earth” / “universe”, “yin and yang”, and “man and woman”. I’m not certain what it’s directed at, but I’m guessing that it’s mostly towards the “man and woman” considering what is supposed to happen in the cave explained in later chapters.
